This technique, a combination of Indian massage (Shantala), Swedish massage and reflexology, was perfected by a yoga teacher and is very easy to apply right away: during the first session, I couldn't believe how quickly my 4.5-month old baby got a deep state of relaxation within a few minutes, going from a lively battery-driven sweetheart to a massage-loving pasha. The hour-long course went by very quickly, I particularly appreciated the relaxed, kindly atmosphere and Cecilia's goodwill and pep.

Cecilia has received specific training on baby-massage techniques and is a trained and practicing psychomotor therapist.
