A course for Mommy to get back into shape, to take care of herself and bring Baby.
Module 1:with Baby, 3-months on up, in a kangaroo pouch/frontal baby carrier.
Module 2: bring baby in the baby-relax
Courses are composed of a workout of abdominal muscles, legs, perineum and arms, followed by a "fun" series of dance movements (waltz, jazz, salsa, cha cha cha...). Lasts 45 minutes.
