(...) Since then, I decided to devote myself to my family and my job as a nurse in neonatology. In December 2006 I gave birth to my second child and chose water birth home delivery. This experience  strengthened my belief that pregnancy and childbirth can be conducted in a serene and natural way, whether at home or in the hospital, provided support and adequate preparation have been given beforehand. After three years working at the maternity Nyon as a nurse, I decided to devote myself to my family and my vocation as a doula. I have also been trained in hypnonatal preparation  (psychological preparation for childbirth based on self-hypnosis). This technique allows a future mother to tap into it all her formidable resources and fully experience pregnancy and childbirth while remaining connected to her child and her feelings.
